Como Park Engagement Photos
One of the best Twin Cities Engagement Locations
I love shooting engagements in Como Park. I definitely would like to shoot more there in 2017-18. Why? Because for me it perfectly sums up all the wonderful qualities of the Minneapolis park system. At Como Park you have the water, the lush greenery, the wild floral. Como Park engagement photos usually feature a mix of all these elements, making wonderful memorable engagement photo collections of joyful summer days. Check out these photos so you can see how varied the offerings are at Como Park. And this doesn’t even feature the opposite side of the lake where there’s some beautiful gardens, as well!
Twin Cities Engagement Locations
The Twin Cities has such a rich diversity of backdrops to choose from. For those who are looking for some lush green Minneapolis engagement locations, you have Lake Harriet and Como Park. If you want something rustic and woodsy, there’s Hidden Falls Regional Park or Minnehaha Falls. Looking for something classic and traditional? Then look no further than St Anthony Main. Want something rugged and industrial? Check out North Minneapolis. And the list goes on and on. I’ve shot at a ton of locations and I do try to make the process easier by offering clients an assortment of curated location choices in my Engagement Field Guide.
Shooting at Golden Hour for this St Paul Engagement
Golden hour is basically my favorite time to shoot. That is the hour before sunset, where the sky is dense in color and the light is soft, making your skin tones looks amazing. Also, the palette is more pastel and subdued at that time, which I really like. We had a really great golden hour here for this St Paul engagement. It was an added benefit that we got to shoot on the water at this time.
